Why?
"We don't inherit the Earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children".
We have two objectives: to sublimate the earth and to democratize good wine made using natural methods.
We want as many small producers as possible to be able to make a living from organic farming, respecting the soil and quality work.
We dream that one day our children will be able to run around in the fields, as they did in the past, without worrying about being exposed to synthetic products while playing in the vines.
We want to say goodbye to lunar landscapes, chemical weeding, fungicides and synthetic fertilizers.
We didn't need them, we don't need them.
We want the earth to regain its color, the soil to be soft, the roots deep and the landscape rich with diverse plants.
We want your body to feel as one with nature when you enter our plots, happy to be treading on fertile soil, smelling wild flowers and grasses, observing insects turning over the soil, small animals frolicking about and happy farmers smelling of sweat rather than petrol.
We like to drink.
We love aperitifs, serious wine and food pairings, all-night bottle dances, meaningless debates, loose tongues and friendships born at the bottom of a bottle.
"Wine stimulates the appetite and makes food taste good. It encourages conversation, euphoria and can turn a simple meal into a memorable event."
More than just a drink, wine is an ancestral cultural phenomenon.
It nourishes body and spirit.
Pépin is committed to a living product, evolving and changing over time.
Pépin is also the desire to take you on a gustatory journey, to experience different emotions with every glass, and to bring you new emotions with every sip.
This precious liquid penetrates your body, it bonds with you, it must be worthy of entering your interior, as if into a sacred temple.
Wine is food; it must nourish you, both physically and spiritually.
